Amira Ouji is MetaProp's dedicated lead in helping the firm's portfolio companies frame and disseminate their needs and navigate through MetaProp's vast resources while uprooting the firm's competitive differentiators. As a Newark Venture Partners Venture Associate Fellow, Amira sourced investments and oversaw end-to-end logistics for NVP's community and event initiatives alongside the Director of NVP Labs.
Previously at Accenture, Amira was responsible for identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements on the internal marketing team. With a heavy interest in venture capital, she leveraged her marketing skills to land the marketing manager role, apart of the founding team, at HBCUvc. Amira executed content creation and programming for the nonprofit organization that trains students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) for careers in venture capital and technology entrepreneurship.
The Howard University graduate continues to have an affinity for tech entrepreneurs and expand MetaProp's new startup services competency.
